Obstructionist, or will of the people

On a Social Security comment frequent poster VPCheney labeled Democrats as obstructionist for opposing Social Security reform simply because it came from Bush. Ignoring the fact that it is not only Democrats opposing Social Security Reform in Congress it is Republicans too, I just wanted to run some SS poll numbers past everyone and ask if we are obstructing or if we are serving the will of the people.

"Do you approve or disapprove of the way Bush is handling Social Security?"

I guess it is obstructing these days to ensure that the will of the people is carried about, I guess it is scary to the Republican administration to have to deal with average joes instead of screwing them over relentlessly.
